What is your skincare regime and which products do you use and why?
I am a complete Kiehl's devotee. The Acai range is my favourite.
Do you take any health supplements to help with your skin/hair/nails?
Not exactly a supplement but I've just started getting into Yoga and my teacher the awesome and forever youthful Mande White assures me all that bending and stretching and FEELING LIKE I'M ABOUT TO DIE IT HURTS SO MUCH is wonderful for the skin. Here's hoping!
What are your favourite make up products and why?
Big fan of the coral colours.. MAC lipstick in Ravishing, Kiehl's Mango lip gloss.
Benefit "Watt's Up" highlighter for face…bring on them cheekbones!
Invisible Zinc Tinted Moisturiser SPF 30- really great chemist find. Makes my skin nice and dewy.
MAC liquid eyeliner in black. If I was stuck on a desert island and could only take one item of makeup it would be eyeliner. Love it!
Do you have any make up tips/tricks you swear by?
Just the ones we all know. Sleep, sunscreen, hydration. Always wash your make up off at night. When I was younger I was terrible at having a big night and then just crashing out. No more! Wash that face!
What are your favourite hair products and why?
I have a L'Oreal Steampod. Amazing! It's like having an in salon hair treatment. It makes my hair silky smooth.
Clear Shampoo and Conditioner. Can you you believe you've been treating THE WRONG END OF HAIR! Cheers Miranda Kerr...
What are your favourite fragrances and why?
Kiehl's Original Musk No. 1 and Flower Bomb are my favourites. I think when you find people complimenting you a lot on a perfume you know you've found the right one for you. It's working with your skin.
What/who are your beauty inspirations/Icons?
I love the look of the old movie stars. Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn. Sure they didn't have High Definition TV, grrrr! But still they just look forever beautiful.
Describe your make up look in 3 words:
Low key, fresh
Last words of wisdom?
Honestly, try liking yourself. It's taken me 35 years but I'm finally starting to get there. None of us are perfect and obsessing over what we don't have is just, well, it's exhausting. Sucks the life right outta ya and definitely makes you less of a nice energy to be around. A happy soul will eclipse any thick thighs or crooked nose. We only get to do the whole life thing once, I tell myself that all the time. Carpe Diem, my friends. You're a good bitch, makeup or no makeup xxx
