It would be madness for your cat to not have formal wear in their wardrobe- especially at this time of year when parties are in abundance. Dress codes must be abided by, and taken seriously- we are not animals. For your princess, a flower crown is VERY now. And for the gentleman…an executive, snazzy striped necktie is a MUST. Obviously.

While flower crowns and neckties are mandatory for formal occasions, there are still some people in this world who find it necessary to hold themed parties. I know, I’m not a fan either. However, they exist, so it’s a very good idea to have a couple of options for the fur kids. The least embarrassing options would be a pirate costume, and possibly a doctor costume- consult your pet first.

Of course, if you attend a party with your pet (or more likely, have your pet there while you’re hosting a party)- you WILL need to supply posh snacks for the animals in attendance. When I say animals, I mean furbabies, not your Aunt Margaret who likes a sherry, or your cousin Mose- who is not spoken of in polite company. The new range from Fancy Feast, Inspirations, has flavour combinations to appease even the fussiest eater; Beef, Courgette & Tomato, or Chicken, Pasta Pearls & Spinach? You are SO sorted. They also come in super handy pouches, which is excellent news for people whose recycle bins need a little extra space during this time. Aka, everyone.
I just had a quick browse online, & if you’re looking for an article about how to cat-proof your Christmas Tree, the Google machine has your back. I say, resign yourself to fate & admit that your tree is MOST likely going to be pulled down/over at least half a dozen times. Who wants to spend Christmas yelling at their cat for touching the tree? Get over it, & buy a couple of extra festive themed (or political themed) toys to scatter around near your tree. It COULD work as a distraction, & if not, you’re too festive & cool to care.

Nothing says festive like a little stalking, am I right? Or as I like to think of it- being a safety-conscious, diligent pet owner. Things can get a little raucous over the holiday season, which can cause some cats to be inclined to go into hiding. Searching for your beloved pet in hysterics is NOT a good time- so think about investing in one of these (frickin awesome) little pet tracking devices. I kid you not. They are AMAZING- & just clip onto any collar. You’ll be able to have the time of your life in your Santa hat, with PetTracker tracking remote unit clipped to your belt (or hanging from a lanyard- your choice, gurrrl). And how cool will you look? SO cool.
Definitely consider shopping it here
