I'm glad you asked. It's a lightweight, lightly tinted primer and skin perfecter, and it's part of the super popular Nude Magique range from L'Oréal Paris. It also comes in two shades (Light-Medium, and Medium-Dark), costs $29.99, and is available NOW!
That sounds pretty good. Who should use this?
It's for every human that wants a blurry face. Kidding! It's for everyone that wants to blur any pores, fine lines, or imperfections- while ensuring your base stays in place all day. Basically- everyone that uses makeup. It's also great for people who are looking for a more affordable primer without compromising on quality.
How does it work though? What is this sorcery?
As you all know, I'm no scientist,. So I'm going to try and explain this in the most simplistic way possible so I don't sound ridiculous by spouting big words I don't understand. Nude Magique Blur contains things called "blurring agents", which work as magical fillers to even out and correct your skin tone. It gives a soft focus effect...kind of like the Rise filter on Instagram (you feel me). This is thanks to the fillers having light-diffusing qualities. Ah ha! That sounded pretty clever, and it's not nonsense, because you can see what it does in the two pictures below.
I'm pretty convinced- but how do YOU use it?
Because my skin is playing up at the moment, I wouldn't wear this on its own, because it wouldn't give me enough coverage. In saying that, it isn't really designed to be worn alone...unless perhaps you have the skin of an angel, or you're Courtney Harper.
I like to use this after moisturiser as a primer for foundation. It doesn't tackle the worst lines I have (that's a problem only Botox could sort out,) but it does absolute wonders for the finer lines and my pores.
Uhh, what's up with that ridiculous "Coming Soon" graphic?
I was so excited to share this with you guys that I didn't get time to take a pic of my face with the product on! I'll put this up later today, once I've made my face look like a face xx
Should I buy it?
If you're annoyed at the size of your pores, and want to find a solution that doesn't break the bank, absolutely!! I did get sent this to try, but I will be repurchasing when it runs out, without a doubt. It makes my skin super soft, and helps my foundation glide on, and makes it easier to blend. It did all stay intact during the day as well! I'm super happy with this product :)
